Re-alteration Policy

We have a 30- day re-alteration policy for garments that were originally altered in our shop. This means that you have 30 days before you can re-alter a garment you received from us.

To be eligible for a re-alteration, you must present us with the garment exactly as you received it from us and a copy of the receipt.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your garment after an alteration as we are not responsible for any damages that occurred prior to handling the garment nor any damages occurring after.

Refunds

Our services are not refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the work, please contact us and we will address your concerns.
